Rhode Island Hospitality Association | Rhode Island Convention Center
One of our most recent and exciting corporate projects was the Rhode Island Hospitality Association (Anchors Event), held at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, RI. This large scale event welcomed over 600 guests from across the state’s hospitality industry, including restaurant groups, hotel professionals, and industry leaders.
To set the tone from the moment guests arrived, we designed and installed a 30-foot walk-through balloon arch positioned outside the main entrance. Inspired by the event’s retro 60s theme, the arch featured vibrant colors that immediately captured attention and created a fun first impression. To add texture and a nod to the era, we incorporated pops of daisies throughout the open arch that photographed beautifully and set the stage for the night ahead.
Large scale installs like this require precision, planning, and an understanding of both aesthetics and logistics and this project was a perfect example of how balloon decor can enhance a major corporate gathering.
Navigate Credit Union Event | Waterman Grille, Providence, RI
For a more intimate corporate setting, we partnered with Navigate Credit Union for their event at Waterman Grille in Providence, Rhode Island. This event called for decor that complemented the venue’s elegant evening, including black and chrome gold balloons.
We created custom helium balloon arrangements placed throughout the space, adding height, movement, and a celebratory feel without overwhelming the room. Helium arrangements are ideal for corporate events like this allowing guests to comfortably mingle and connect.
Mayor’s Day Event | Rhode Island Convention Center
Another standout corporate installation was the Mayor’s Day Event, hosted at the Rhode Island Convention Center and honoring Providence Mayor Brett Smiley.
For this event, we provided over 50 tabletop helium balloon arrangements for over 300 guests, thoughtfully designed to bring cohesion and energy across the room. Each table featured polished, professional designs that elevated the guest experience while maintaining a classic tone appropriate for the celebration.
To anchor the space, we also installed a traditional open balloon arch, creating a strong focal point and welcoming guests as they entered the event. This combination of tabletop decor and a statement entry piece showcased how balloons can be both sophisticated and impactful in a formal corporate setting.
