Great question! Ideally our balloon garlands can last weeks. However, it depends on how they’re stored and how much direct sunlight they’re exposed to. Balloons with little direct sunlight and placed in a cool room will last much longer.

Our full kit provides you with a hand-pump (a hand-pump is needed for inflating our mini balloons), 260 balloons (for constructing your garland) and command hooks for hanging your masterpiece! Our balloons only will provide you with just the balloons and the 260 balloons (for constructing your garland). This option is provided in case you may have a hand-pump already or do not need hooks for hanging.

It is recommended to inflate your balloons at least one or two days prior to your event but they may also be inflated up to four days prior. Balloons should be stored away from direct sunlight before they make their grand display!

Most garlands will take between 1 and 1.5 hours to fully assemble.

This is highly recommended. Our 5” balloons work best with a hand-pump to inflate.

This is our specialty! Most of our balloons are double-stuffed to create beautiful custom colors that enhance your theme. This process is done with using two balloons stuffed together, to make one unique color, creating a thick, luxe finish.

Your kits are carefully packed with love and care. Please allow 1-3 business days to process all orders, and an additional 2-7 business days once your order is shipped. Once your order is shipping, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Our balloons are professional in quality and can be placed outside. But even the best of balloons can be finicky when placed outdoors. Please review the following tips below for your outdoor balloon garlands.

•  Placing your balloon garlands outside will cause your balloons to begin the oxidation process. In simple terms, your balloons will lose their shine from the sun, resulting in a soft matte finish.
• It is recommended that you underinflate your balloons if they will be placed outside. For example, an 11-inch balloon should be inflated to approximately 9-10 inches. Balloons will expand in the sun.
• If possible, avoid placing your balloons in direct sunlight and opt for an area that will provide optimal shade.

Absolutely! Any changes to a pre-existing kit are considered a custom order. Please see the “How to place a custom order?” tab below.

You may add up to three images representing your color palette such as, your centerpieces, an outfit, or an invitation, along with any other applicable information. Due to computer monitors and phone screens, color perception and shades may slightly vary in person.

To prevent your balloons from popping, be sure to not over-inflate. For example, an 11 inch balloon may be inflated to 11 inches or smaller. Anything larger than that will significantly increase the chance of your balloons popping.

Due to static, balloons can pick up hair and dust. The best way to rid your balloon garland of debris is to blow it off with your electric inflator. This works wonders! If you do not have an electric inflator, a microfiber cloth, feather duster, or a soft tissue will do the trick!
